Vince has worked in development programs at major research and medical university nonprofit institutions since 1990. His philanthropic experience includes managing major and planned giving programs. He has served in the charitable gift planning field in leadership positions with local planned giving councils and estate planning councils, and served as a director and president of the Fort Collins Colorado Convention and Visitors Bureau, trustee and campaign adviser to the Alpha Gamma Rho Educational Foundation, and the development committee of the Galveston Texas Historical Foundation.
He has enjoyed membership, serving in various volunteer positions, and speaking for AHP, PPP, and CASE.
