After graduating from Abilene Christian University in 2022, Taylor spent the next 2 years working closely with the owner of a small business providing all levels of support, including managing complex calendars, scheduling appointments, coordinating travel arrangements to event planning and management.  Combined with her college education and practical work experience, Taylor brings high-level administrative support to Thompson & Associates.

Taylor is Florida-born but Texas-raised, growing up mostly in south Texas but frequently visiting relatives on the Florida gulf coast. She met her husband, Josh, while attending college at Abilene Christian, who is a Mechanical Engineer at a small firm in the area. They got married in 2023 and currently live south of Nashville with their elderly cat Luna. Taylor enjoys spending her spare time outdoors or in the company of others. Her and her husband are active members at their church where they are both 10th Grade youth group leaders.
