Sara was born and raised in Minnesota, but has lived in Iowa since 1996. She and her husband Scott have four adult children and an ever-growing number of precious grandchildren. She loves spending time at the lake with family, playing tennis, traveling, and being outdoors.

Before working at Thompson & Associates, Sara worked as a journalist, a teacher, a soccer coach, and as an EMT.
