Ron provides exceptional service based on generous attentiveness, a sincere desire to connect with and help others, and a commitment to listening to individuals’ goals, desires, concerns and challenges. 

This ability to hear and understand others’ needs is key to Ron’s, and Thompson & Associates’, ability to provide impactful results for individuals and families.  He champions Thompson & Associates’ values-based approach – one that places individuals’ personal and family goals first and leads to a significant and meaningful legacy expressed through their estate plan. 

Ron has spoken around the country to organizations and boards on leadership and all areas of fundraising. Ron also provides training expertise to Thompson & Associates representatives in his role as President of Associate Relations. 

A Hodgkin’s Lymphoma survivor, Ron faces each day with an optimistic, seize-the-moment, “no regrets” attitude.  He loves to travel, values friendships and spends much of his time in the great outdoors, scuba diving, hiking, boating and traveling.  A native of Montgomery, Alabama, Ron now calls Nashville, Tennessee home.
