Colton works from the corporate office outside of Nashville as a legal assistant to Founder & CEO, Eddie Thompson.

Colton graduated from Pepperdine Caruso School of Law in 2025. He specialized in estate planning and planned giving.

While in law school, Colton worked two years as a Planning Team Assistant for Thompson & Associates. This included drafting documents and providing support for associates.

Colton is engaged to his fiancé, Caroline, and are planning a summer 2026 wedding.
