Melinda joined Thompson & Associates in 1999 (then TrustMark Charitable Strategies). She now serves as Chief Financial Officer working from the national headquarters in Nashville.  In addition to managing the company’s finances, Melinda provides communication and coordination between Thompson & Associates’ vice presidents throughout the United States.

Melinda brings a strong background in office administration. Her level of organization and attention to detail make her a tremendous asset to our company. She also has the ability and flexibility to handle the many different facets of daily operations.

Melinda’s work experience includes working for two nonprofit organizations in the area of development, client services, and special events. She also spent several years working for a CPA firm. She was a founding board member of Cool Springs Christian Ministries located in Williamson County, Tennessee and has served on the Finance Committee of her church. 

Melinda and her husband have made Nashville their home since 1997. They are active in their church and community.
