Over thirty years as a legal professional, Kip honed analytical and leadership skills to provide unequalled representation to his clients and grow his law firm into a multi-state organization, leading the industry in real estate and mortgage related services. 

Upon successfully exiting his firm in 2022, and with much discernment, Kip decided to find professional avenues to employ his analytical and client-oriented skillset in service to his community. 

Along the way, Kip and his wife of over thirty years, Kathleen, were privileged to engage with several charitable organizations furthering their family charitable mission of “Children, Arts and Education.” Through their charitable affiliations, Kip and Kathleen were invited into the Thompson & Associates process and found new and interesting ways to engage their family in philanthropy along with tools to expand the impact of their efforts.  Kip was so impressed with the benefit Thompson offers to nonprofit organizations and their valued supporters in furthering charitable and life missions, he decided to join the team!
