Tiffany uses her experiences as an entrepreneur, wealth advisor, business strategist and fundraiser to help nonprofits and individuals alike achieve optimal outcomes for their unique circumstances.

Tiffany enjoys public speaking as a way to educate individuals and organizations about the win-win outcomes of planned giving, business transition, creating a master game plan for life, tax advantaged planning options, business value enhancement, legacy and estate planning, and planned giving tools and applications.

Being an active member of the community is paramount to Tiffany. She enjoys many leadership board roles.  She has participated in EO and the Accelerator Education, has been a mentor in the Arizona Community Foundation’s Endowment Building Initiative (AEBI), a graduate of Scottsdale Leadership Class 31, and is actively engaged in personal development with Landmark Worldwide.

Tiffany studied Environmental Science at the University of Arizona and accepted a NASA Grant Internship working on documentation of Global Climate Change.  After college, she owned and operated Koocanusa Resort & Marina in Libby, Montana.  Then she joined the family business, MasterTech Financial Advisors, and helped clients with their complicated financial, estate and business scenarios.  During her time at MasterTech, she co-founded Beyond the Ask, a company that helped nonprofit organizations fundraise.  After 19 years in the world of wealth advising, she decided to work in the nonprofit fundraising field and founded the Gift Planning Institute.

Tiffany has 3 lovely teenage daughters with an amazing and supportive husband. Training horses has always been her passion.  She is dedicated to the classical pursuits of dressage with her main focus on Spanish Riding.  Tiffany also enjoys sharing her life with a wide variety of animals such as a pig, ducks, chickens, dogs, bunnies and her horses.
